Q. Are your personal training services mobile - can you come to me?
A. Yes! We will come to your home, workplace or meet you at another suitable location (e.g. park, pool etc). We have a flat $15 additional fee for all mobile training sessions. Contact us to find out if we travel to your area. Q. Are you qualified as a professional personal trainers? A. Great question! This should be asked of any personal trainer. Yes, we are fully qualified, meeting requirements for Registration as Fitness Trainers with Fitness Australia. Q. What does it cost? A. Costs vary but can start from as low as only $30. Within our fee schedule we have a range of options from one-on-one to small group training. You can pay as you go or pre-pay and save! Q. Are all of the sessions one hour? A. Yes, all Sessions are for one hour Q. How often should I see my personal trainer? A. This is a very individual choice, depending on your needs, goals and budget. On average, our clients work with us between one and four times per week. Some clients require a program to do on their own and we train them less often to monitor progress and update the program. After discussing your goals with you, we can help you decide on the frequency of sessions needed. | Q. Do I need my own equipment for the sessions when
you come to me? A. No. Your personal trainer carries a variety of gear for you to use. Q. I have my own equipment, can we use that? A. If you do have some equipment (maybe gathering dust!) your trainer can advise you on getting the best use from it. You might use it with the trainer during sessions as well as on your own between sessions. Q. I want to buy some equipment, can you help me choose? A. Yes. Your personal trainer can help you choose the right equipment to help you achieve your goals. Q. I want to lose weight. Can you help? A. Yes! Many of our clients have great success with fat loss. Apart from setting out your exercise routine, we can assist you with nutrition matters and help you make appropriate food choices for your activity level. Exercise becomes part of your schedule, a priority. The sessions are interesting and we help to motivate you. A Personal Trainer is a support person.
