Jaime Kohleis is a former Australian Rowing champion, with over  10 years of elite level athlete training experience.

She has been using that experience in her training of clients for over 5 years. She is the real deal, and knows what it takes to achieve the heights of elite performance because she has actually been there and done  it! 

Jaime combines her high performance experience with a natural ability to connect with her clients and help them achieve their goals.

Jaime specialises in helping people with back problems as she has had personal experience with back pain, having bulged a disc and being unable to work or function highly for 8 months in 2002.

Jaime enjoys cycling, swimming, running and CrankIt training as well as bodyboarding and yoga to keep herself at an excellent fitness level
